2. What are cookies
“Cookies” are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your browser and remember certain information—such as your preferred language, active session, or settings you have made.
The Site also uses similar technologies—local storage and session storage in your browser—which perform similar functions (saving preferences and temporary data on your device) without sending information to the server.
3. Types of cookies we use
3.1. Strictly necessary (technical) cookies
Currently, the Site does not set its own cookies. The functions for which technical cookies are usually used are implemented here without them: language selection is part of the page address (for example, /en), and inquiry forms are submitted without a session cookie.
If technically necessary cookies are introduced in the future, the legal basis for setting them will be the legitimate interest of the controller under Art. 4a, para. 6 of the Electronic Commerce Act—user consent is not required as long as they are technically necessary for providing the service.
3.2. Functional
These improve the user experience by remembering your preferences. The Site uses the browser’s local storage for your list of favorite properties. The record is created only when you add a property to the list yourself, remains on your device, is not sent to the server, and is not shared with third parties.
3.3. Analytical and marketing cookies
Currently, the Site does not use third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) and does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If such tools are implemented in the future, this policy will be updated and you will be notified via a cookie banner with options to manage your consent.
The Site keeps anonymous statistics on visits through its own content management system. It does not set cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not allow identification of individual visitors.
4. Storage period
Since the Site does not set cookies, there are no session or persistent cookies with a storage period.
The data in local storage—the list of favorite properties—remains on your device until you delete it: via the “Clear list” button on the “Favorite Properties” page or through your browser settings.
5. How to manage cookies
You can view, restrict, or delete cookies and site data at any time through your browser settings—Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge. The same settings also delete data in local storage. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause websites that use them to function improperly.
6. Third-party cookies
When external content is embedded on the Site (such as a map, YouTube video, or social network), the respective provider may set its own cookies, over which we have no control. The terms for their use are governed by the privacy policies of the respective providers.
